TVB Counter Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 3, 2026TVB Metal Solutions LLC ("TVB Metal Solutions," "TVB," "we," "us," or "our") operates the TVB Counter application ("TVB Counter" or the "Application").This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored, shared, and protected when TVB Counter is used, including when the Application is connected to QuickBooks Online.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through TVB Counter and its authorized integrations.TVB Counter is primarily a business operations application used by TVB Metal Solutions to support sales, customer service, inventory, order processing, fulfillment, fabrication, accounting, and related business activities.

Depending on how TVB Counter is used and which integrations are enabled, the Application may process information including:Customer names and company names.Business addresses, billing addresses, and delivery addresses.Telephone numbers and email addresses.Customer account and reference information.Purchase order and customer reference numbers.Product and service information.SKUs, descriptions, categories, pricing, quantities, and inventory information.Quotes, orders, invoices, and transaction information.Taxability and transaction tax information.Payment status and outstanding balances.Fulfillment, pickup, and delivery information.Internal operational and order-processing information.Authorized-user account and authentication information.Technical information necessary to operate and secure the Application.

3. QuickBooks Online Data

When an authorized administrator connects TVB Counter to QuickBooks Online, TVB Counter may access and process QuickBooks Online data necessary to provide the integration.This may include:Company information.Customer records.Customer classifications or types.Product and service items.Item identifiers and SKUs.Pricing and taxability information.Invoices and other authorized sales transactions.Transaction identifiers.Invoice balances.Payment status.Information necessary to synchronize transactions between TVB Counter and QuickBooks Online.TVB Counter accesses QuickBooks Online information only for legitimate business purposes associated with operating TVB Metal Solutions and providing the requested integration functionality.

4. How We Use Information

Information processed through TVB Counter may be used to:Create and manage customer orders.Prepare quotes and sales transactions.Calculate or display pricing.Manage material, inventory, cuts, remnants, and fulfillment.Prepare shop, pickup, delivery, and customer documentation.Synchronize customers and products with authorized business systems.Create accounting transactions in QuickBooks Online.Retrieve invoice and payment status from QuickBooks Online.Maintain accurate business, accounting, and operational records.Provide customer service.Troubleshoot and maintain the Application.Detect or prevent unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse.Comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.

5. Payment Information

TVB Counter may receive or display transaction and payment-status information from QuickBooks Online.TVB Counter is not intended to independently store full payment-card numbers, card security codes, or online-banking credentials.Where payment processing is performed through QuickBooks Payments, GoPayment, or another authorized payment provider, payment processing is subject to the applicable provider's security practices, terms, and privacy policies.

6. How Information Is Shared

TVB Metal Solutions does not sell personal information processed through TVB Counter.Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:Authorized TVB Metal Solutions personnel.Service providers that host, maintain, secure, or support TVB Counter.Authorized accounting, payment, or business-system providers.QuickBooks Online and Intuit when necessary to provide the authorized integration.Professional advisers where reasonably necessary.Government agencies, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law or valid legal process.Service providers are expected to process information only for authorized business purposes and subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

7. Data Storage and Security

TVB Metal Solutions uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through TVB Counter.These safeguards may include:Authentication and access controls.Restricted administrative access.Encrypted HTTPS communications.Secure storage of integration credentials.Server-side handling of privileged credentials.Access controls for connected databases and business systems.Separation of public application credentials from privileged server credentials.Monitoring, maintenance, and security updates as appropriate.No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and therefore absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. QuickBooks Authorization Credentials

TVB Counter uses authorization mechanisms provided by Intuit to connect to QuickBooks Online.QuickBooks authorization tokens and other sensitive integration credentials are used only to maintain the authorized connection and perform approved integration functions.Privileged credentials are not intended to be exposed through the public user interface.

9. Data Retention

TVB Metal Solutions retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to:Operate TVB Counter.Maintain business and accounting records.Fulfill customer orders.Maintain transaction history.Meet tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations.Resolve disputes.Maintain security and prevent fraud.Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable legal or business requirements.

10. Disconnecting QuickBooks Online

An authorized administrator may disconnect TVB Counter from QuickBooks Online.Disconnecting the integration prevents future access through that authorization but does not necessarily delete business or accounting records that were previously created, synchronized, or retained as part of TVB Metal Solutions' legitimate business and recordkeeping obligations.Requests concerning retained data may be submitted using the contact information below.

11. Data Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

Individuals may contact TVB Metal Solutions to request information about personal information maintained through TVB Counter or to request correction or deletion where applicable.Certain information may need to be retained to comply with legal, accounting, tax, contractual, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate business obligations.

12. California Privacy Rights
